We're located in Lianyungang City.Our factory have had 12 production lines for cold-formed section steel such as 1200, 750, 680, 660, 600, 500, 480, 320, 180 production lines, etc. and 7 correlative machines such as slitting machine, drawing machine and direct reading spectrum instruments, etc. through developing in the past years.
We have advanced spectrum analysis instrument to test chemical property £¬excellent machine to test mechanical property in domestic and international advanced level and eddy current testing on and off the production line. We have capacity of 300,000 tons product per year. We have a strong technical team and ability to develop new products continuously with more than 50 technicians and domestic and international advanced techniques.
Our highway two beam guardrails (W-profile) have been widely used in more than 150 projects and began to export to Europe and USA in 2004 since the first piece guardrail was made in our mill in 1988 for the first China highway and developed three beam guardrail successfully cooperating with the Traffic Ministry in 2001. We have developed thousands kind of closed and opened profile cold-formed section steel used in machinery and construction fields since our developed big size and thicker square and rectangular tube used in the important project 'The Oriental Pearl Tower' in 1990's. Especially we used the thicker tube instead of the refining import cold-formed section steel. This means that we have set up a new milestone in our developing road.
